Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analytics Solutions Engineer within Pharmacy Analytics and Consulting to design, build, and maintain standardized reporting and analytics solutions in support of CMS GLP-1 Bridge demonstrations and related programs.

You will work across Azure Databricks and Power BI to transform healthcare data into scalable reporting products, reusable data models, and consistent business metrics, enabling data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in BI/analytics, data engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL to extract, transform, analyze, and validate data.
• 3+ years of experience using Power BI or similar BI platform to develop reports and dashboards.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business leaders.
• Experience creating standardized, recurring reporting for ongoing needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain standardized reporting and analytics solutions.
• Build analytics-ready data solutions using Azure Databricks and SQL.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, semantic models, and metrics.
• Create reusable datasets and reporting patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Apply data governance, documentation, and visualization practices.
• Explore AI-enabled analytics including Genie One to improve data interaction.
