You will design, build, and maintain standardized reporting and analytics solutions across Azure Databricks and Power BI, turning complex healthcare data into scalable reporting products, reusable data models, and consistent business metrics. This role sits at the intersection of analytics engineering, data visualization, semantic modeling, and AI-enabled analytics, helping make trusted data

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI/analytics or data engineering
• 3+ years SQL for data extraction and validation
• 3+ years Power BI reporting and modeling

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain standardized reporting and analytics solutions.
• Build analytics-ready data solutions using Azure Databricks and SQL.
• Develop Power BI reports, models, and visualizations.
• Create reusable datasets and metrics for recurring needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Apply data governance, documentation, and quality practices.
• Explore AI-enabled analytics and Genie One capabilities.
• Contribute to team capabilities across Power BI, Databricks, and semantic modeling.
