Job summary

Humana's Pharmacy Analytics and Consulting team seeks a Senior Analytics Solutions Engineer to design, build, and maintain standardized reporting and analytics that support program operations and business decisions. You will work across Azure Databricks and Power BI to turn complex healthcare data into scalable reporting products and trusted metrics.

Collaborating with business, clinical, pharmacy, analytics and technology teams, you will translate evolving requirements into reusable datasets

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI/analytics, data engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years SQL experience to extract, transform, and validate data.
• 3+ years Power BI experience building reports, models, and metrics.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience building standardized, recurring analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain standardized reporting and analytics solutions.
• Build analytics-ready data solutions using Azure Databricks and SQL.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, semantic models, and metrics.
• Create reusable datasets and reporting patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Apply data governance, documentation, and visualization practices.
• Explore AI-enabled analytics and Genie One capabilities.
• Contribute to team capabilities across Power BI, Databricks, and AI.
