Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Analytics Solutions Engineer to design, build, and maintain analytics and reporting systems across Azure Databricks and Power BI. Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in BI/analytics or related field.
• 3+ years of SQL experience.
• 3+ years of Power BI experience.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business leaders.
• Experience developing standardized, recurring reporting and analytics solutions for ongoing business needs.
• Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical teams.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain standardized reporting and analytics solutions supporting CMS GLP-1 Bridge demonstration and future programs.
• Build analytics-ready data solutions using Azure Databricks and SQL, including data transformation and modeling.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, semantic models, measures, and visualizations for reliable views of performance.
• Create reusable datasets, metrics, and reporting patterns to standardize recurring analytical needs.
• Partner with business, clinical, analytics, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Apply data quality, governance, and documentation practices to ensure reliable analytics.
