Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Analytics Solutions Engineer in its Pharmacy Analytics and Consulting organization. You will design, build, and maintain standardized reporting and analytics solutions using Azure Databricks and Power BI to support CMS demonstrations and ongoing programs.

You will collaborate with business, clinical, analytics, and technology teams to translate complex requirements into scalable analytical solutions and contribute to AI-enabled analytics initiatives such as Genie One.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, data engineering, or related discipline with analytical solutions for business users
• 3+ years of SQL experience to extract, transform, analyze, and validate data
• 3+ years of Power BI or equivalent BI platform development of reports, data models, and metrics
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business leaders
• Experience building standardized recurring reporting for ongoing business needs
• Ability to translate complex requirements into analytical solutions and communicate across technical and non-technical teams

• Develop Power BI reports, semantic models, measures, and visualizations
