Job summary

MemorialCare is seeking a Healthcare Analytics Developer in Southern California with 5+ years in analytics, strong SQL, and Snowflake experience. The role involves delivering reports, dashboards, and analytics using the enterprise BI suite, ensuring data alignment with data dictionaries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The position is predominantly remote with on-site expectations in Fountain Valley.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ analytics experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with SQL.
Minimum 4 years in Snowflake environment with data modeling, performance optimization, and query deployment; knowledge of Tableau/Qlik/SSRS/Business Objects.
3–5 years developing interactive Tableau dashboards; strong data visualization and performance tuning.
Experience with AI tools and integrating AI in analytics workflows for automation and forecasting.
Ability to use standard tools to meet end-user needs.
Proven ability to manage day-to-day activities and deadlines.
Team project experience and collaboration skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven process improvement abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics packages using MemorialCare’s BI tools.
Analyze information from relevant data sources to support MemorialCare goals.
Ensure data presented aligns with enterprise data dictionary and data lineage.
Complete tasks on time and communicate risks; escalate as needed.
Collaborate across application teams to deliver integrated analytics.
Develop analytics solutions per end-user specs independently or with management.
