CHLA is seeking a Data Science Analyst II to join our Office of Enterprise Data. This fully remote role requires a primary residence in California and offers hands-on analytics, BI development, and collaboration with clinical and administrative stakeholders to drive informed decisions.

You will manipulate data from claims, EHR, and other healthcare sources, build dashboards in Tableau/Power BI, and contribute to strategic planning and performance measurement with a strong healthcare domain focus.

Qualifications

• 5 years healthcare analytics experience with hospital data (claims, EHR, clinical data)
• Advanced data preparation using SQL, Python, or R
• Advanced BI development with Tableau and/or Power BI
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics and BI solutions to support strategic planning and decision making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across CHLA to deliver insights.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and manage multiple projects.
