Job summary

Cedars-Sinai seeks a Senior Health Equity Analyst/Data Intelligence Analyst to translate user needs into data-driven insights. You will design reports, dashboards, and analyses using SQL and clinical data definitions to support enterprise analytics initiatives.

The role requires strong SQL and report-building skills with healthcare domain knowledge. Epic Clarity experience is preferred. Location: Los Angeles, CA with remote options for approved states.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience with SQL and diverse query tools.
• Experience in reporting analysis and developing custom reports.
• Understanding healthcare applications and needs of patient care providers.
• Familiarity with hospitals’ databases and data warehousing technology.
• Experience with Clarity reports, Radar build, and Reporting Workbench is a plus.
• Epic Clarity reports development is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate end-user requests into detailed business requirements and data definitions.
• Create reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc data analyses to support enterprise data initiatives.
• Lead data quality and governance activities across projects.
• Collaborate with vendors and project teams to deliver analytics solutions.
• Provide guidance on testing and QA for analytics projects.
• Engage in strategy discussions on data-driven options.
