Advocate Health is seeking an experienced healthcare AI project manager to lead workflow design through testing, go-live, and optimization. You'll coordinate operational, clinical, IT, Epic, and vendor partners, translating needs into clear requirements and managing plans, risks, and decisions.

The role emphasizes building structure in fast-moving work, balancing innovation with patient experience, and ensuring adoption across teams with no direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required.
• Experience leading healthcare AI implementations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manages the assigned project and key deliverables.
• Primary liaison between the project stakeholders.
• Communicates ongoing project status, issues, and timelines.
• Plans, organizes, and manages all aspects of retrospective, outcome, and prospective projects.
• Organizes and leads necessary team training efforts for all project facets.
• Consults with staff/leaders to coordinate training and monitor findings.
• Leads cross-functional departments to perform project activities per milestones and regulations.
• Manages project financials and reporting.
