Job summary

Advocate Health is offering a remote Administrative Internship for graduate students pursuing an accredited Healthcare Administration degree. The internship runs May 31, 2027 to August 6, 2027, with up to 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri business hours, and pay of $21.00 per hour.

Interns may rotate through site and system Administration or Operations. No prior experience is required; current enrollment as a junior or senior in a relevant field is expected, with GPA 2.5 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing diverse healthcare projects and contribute to progress of initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders across Advocate Health to gather insights.
• Support description, data, and research work; prepare presentations and materials.
• Participate in rotation across departments to understand practice, education, and operations.
• Assist in developing programs, processes, or applications and monitor outcomes.
