Ideal candidates are enrolled in a CAHME-accredited program, with a 2.5+ GPA, strong communication skills, and a desire to develop healthcare management competencies in a large, nationally recognized health system.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a graduate degree in Healthcare Administration or MBA with a healthcare focus.
• CAHME accreditation preferred.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a diverse portfolio of healthcare projects and contribute to project milestones.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrative staff and other stakeholders within Advocate Health.
• Support data gathering, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic initiatives.
• Prepare information and research materials; create and maintain presentations.
• Participate in system-wide strategic planning and program development.
