Job summary

Advocate Health is offering a remote Administrative Internship for graduate students pursuing a Healthcare Administration degree. The role provides exposure to system administration and operations across multiple departments, with emphasis on data collection, analysis, and project support.

Interns will work up to 40 hours per week during May 31, 2027 to August 6, 2027, Mon-Fri business hours. Eligibility includes current grad enrollment and CAHME accreditation preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and current enrollment in a graduate-level Master’s in Healthcare Administration or MBA with healthcare focus (CAHME preferred).
• Strong communication, written and verbal; detail-oriented; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing diverse healthcare projects within Advocate Health.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and staff to support project goals.
