Job summary

Advocate Health is offering an Administrative Internship aimed at graduate students pursuing a Healthcare Administration degree. The intern may rotate across site and system Administration or Operations, gaining first-hand knowledge of operations and strategy.

You will work with leaders to support business objectives while developing essential healthcare management skills. Requirements include a BA/BS and enrollment in a graduate program (CAHME preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field and currently enrolled in a graduate Master’s degree with a healthcare focus (CAHME preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in teams and manage multiple tasks in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Support diverse healthcare projects and contribute to program milestones.
• Collaborate with physicians, admins, and staff across Advocate Health.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and development of presentations and materials.
