Job summary

WM is seeking an Account Executive, Healthcare to grow and maintain hospital client relationships through superior service and strategic account management. You will drive revenue growth, plan with customers, and align offerings with WMHS policies and values.

Remote role requiring residence in the greater Houston, TX area; you will visit clients as needed and collaborate with the Service Manager and Sales team to retain and expand key accounts.

Qualifications

• 4 years of account management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required; or industry experience equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop existing hospital clients through high levels of service to expand revenue.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional services and increase revenue within accounts.
• Conduct outbound customer outreach calls weekly.
• Maintain a high-profile market presence through client care visits and partnerships.
• Conduct strategic account reviews to assess service needs and usage trends.
