Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of the Danaher family, seeks a Health Systems Executive to partner with hospital network leadership across the Pacific Northwest from a fully remote operating posture. The role focuses on developing executive-level relationships, aligning strategic plans with health system goals, and driving YOY revenue growth through coordinated campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 9+ years of sales experience in hospital or laboratory settings, including selling to C-Suite within large IDNs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with hospital network C-suite and key IDN stakeholders.
• Build and lead a YOY strategic business plan within each Health System with key value drivers.
• Lead Danaher and Beckman Coulter campaigns with regional sales teams to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with service organization to ensure installation, go-live, and post-install maintenance success.
• Provide a high-level view of activities across accounts and coach regional sales teams as needed.
