Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Health Systems Executive for the Pacific Northwest region. You will partner with hospital network C-suite executives to understand their business needs and provide solutions that help them achieve their goals.

The role reports to the Senior Director Health Systems Executive and is fully remote with 50%–75% travel. In this role you will build relationships with IDNs, lead strategic plans, coordinate with service teams for installation and go-live, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business or sciences); master’s degree preferred.
• 9+ years of sales experience in hospitals or laboratories, including experience selling to C-suite within large IDNs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to deliver executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with the C-suite at hub IDN and key stakeholders across the Health System.
• Build and lead the strategic year-over-year business plan within each Health System.
• Utilize Danaher Business System tools to lead sales campaigns with local regional teams.
• Partner with the service organization to ensure installation, go-live, and post-install maintenance.
• Partner with local regional Area Directors and Regional Sales Managers to align local teams with the overall Health System strategy.
