Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Health Systems Executive for the Pacific Northwest region to partner with C-suite executives at IDNs, understanding business needs and delivering solutions that drive revenue and partnerships. This role reports to the Senior Director Health Systems Executive within the Strategic Accounts team and is fully remote with 50–75% travel across the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business or sciences); master’s degree preferred.
• 9+ years of sales experience in hospitals or laboratories, including experience selling to C-suite within large IDNs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to deliver executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with the C-suite at hub IDN and key stakeholders across the Health System.
• Build and lead the strategic year-over-year business plan within each Health System.
• Lead sales campaigns with local regional teams using Danaher Business System tools.
• Coordinate with the service organization to ensure installation, go-live, and post-install maintenance.
• Coach and align local teams with the overall Health System strategy.
