Qualifications

• Significant demonstrated experience selling to health systems.
• Experience managing complex B2B healthcare sales cycles.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage credibly with pharmacy directors, executives, and senior healthcare leaders.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, pharmacy, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall health-systems business development function and growth strategy.
• Build relationships with senior pharmacy leaders and executives.
• Develop and execute outbound and inbound health-systems opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Account Management, and Product to align strategy.
• Coach and develop the Health Systems BD team.
