Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in strategy consulting or 6+ years in corporate strategy/operations/workforce planning.
• Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy with accompanying roadmap and metrics to solve complex challenges and drive operational outcomes.
• Analyze current operations and workflows to ensure strategy reflects on-the-ground needs and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, define opportunities, present findings, and build organizational alignment for initiatives.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on impact, timely delivery, and KPI achievement.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to support strategy development, pilot design, and decision making.
• Develop a plan for tools that enable ongoing performance tracking and decision-making.
