Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a Team Lead to drive the Food is Health strategy, oversee the Fresh Food Farmacy program, and build community partnerships. You will lead cross-functional teams, use data-driven approaches to improve health outcomes, and ensure high-quality service delivery across the program.

You will manage staff, guide program growth, and monitor performance against targets, with a focus on patient-centered care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree-Healthcare Related Degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading health services initiatives and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Food is Health strategy and oversee development of health initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate food-based programs addressing food insecurity.
• Oversee Fresh Food Farmacy operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage community partnerships.
• Ensure program goals, quality metrics, and operational targets are met.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to evaluate program impact.
• Travel approximately 25% to support program delivery and partnerships.
