Job summary

Alan is expanding its Sales team and is looking for several full‑stack Sales professionals. You will educate prospects, deliver inspiring product demonstrations, and onboard key stakeholders as you convert prospects into customers.

Fluent in English and French, you’ll own deals, manage strategic relationships, and apply the Smart & Soft selling approach while collaborating across a fast‑growing, international team.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in B2B environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up.
• Empathy and passion for solving prospects' problems.
• Ability to influence through persuasion and negotiation.
• Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue models.
• Willingness to learn quickly and contribute from day one.
