Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Manager to drive a positive safety culture across data center operations. You will support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health and safety programs, policies, and compliance initiatives.

You will work with operational teams, contractors, and international stakeholders to maintain certifications, drive incident prevention, and manage risk at multiple sites. Travel to operational sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Valid health & safety certification.
• Proven experience in health & safety management in complex operations.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in data centers, construction, or related industries preferred.
• Multi-site experience preferred.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• IOSH membership or progress toward Chartered status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and management of the Health & Safety framework.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent processes.
• Provide guidance for risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Develop and implement safety improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs to measure safety performance and programs.
• Participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Assist audits, compliance reviews, and certifications.
• Engage with contractors and suppliers to improve safety.
