Job summary

OCHIN is seeking a Program Manager, Interoperability (CA) for a fully remote role with location flexibility in California. You will lead strategic programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure equitable clinical, financial, and operational outcomes for health care organizations.

The role requires 3+ years in interoperability, healthcare data analysis, and experience with telehealth, patient portals, and related tools. Domestic travel up to 25–50% and contract-based employment are noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in program/project management or related field; master's preferred.
• Experience with health care systems, patient portals, telehealth, e-consults, and remote patient monitoring; Epic is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare data, reporting, and analysis; familiarity with primary care concepts and clinical quality metrics.
• At least 3 years of experience or knowledge of the interoperability landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of program activities with strategic alignment and measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, leadership, and external partners to drive performance.
• Support deployment of digital health tools including remote patient monitoring and patient portals.
• Apply governance, prioritization, and risk management to programs and projects.
• Develop roadmaps using data and analytics; report status to stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates and progress across the organization.
