Cencora is seeking a Senior Director, Health Policy to lead policy thought leadership and drive reimbursement analytics for our life sciences clients. You will shape strategy, manage complex datasets, and influence product launches and policy decisions.

You will also identify new revenue opportunities, supervise project delivery, and foster partnerships with patient groups and industry associations to expand the health policy practice.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of life sciences healthcare policy and reimbursement.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device reimbursement.
• Strong economic, financial, and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Proven success in consulting or pharma with timely, budget-conscious delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead health policy thought leadership on Medicare/Medicaid and related trends.
• Drive business development and lead end-to-end RFP execution.
• Design data-driven solutions using claims and datasets such as MEPS and MCBS.
• Translate findings into compelling narratives for product launches and policy decisions.
• Oversee project delivery: timelines, scope, resources, quality.
• Collaborate with patient groups and industry to strengthen market insights.
