Qualifications

8+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, market development, pharmaceutical distribution.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related field.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
Ability to develop scalable frameworks and tools to improve commercial effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Lead complex business development initiatives across priority health system opportunities.
Shape go-to-market strategies, opportunity plans, and value frameworks for growth pursuits.
Identify and advance new opportunities aligned with priorities.
Partner with senior leaders to influence growth strategy and investment priorities.
Lead executive-level engagement and support high-stakes deal development.
Develop scalable tools, playbooks, and qualification frameworks for BD capabilities.
Mentor business development talent and promote continuous capability building.
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor across cross-functional teams.
