Cencora, Inc. seeks a Director of AI Initiatives within the Health Systems and Government Services (HGS) BU. You will lead AI opportunities, develop policies and processes, and collaborate across functions to drive improvements in finances, operations, and customer experience.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in a related field, a Master’s preferred, and 8+ years in strategy or related roles, with proven governance and stakeholder skills to align priorities and deliver results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business strategy or related field required.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business development, corporate development, or management consulting.
• Proven industry and operating model acumen in regulated environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional decision-making forums to drive outcomes.
• Ability to negotiate priorities and trade-offs to align stakeholders.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Able to apply advanced analytics, modeling, and forecasting to inform decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prioritize, and drive AI development opportunities across the HGS BU.
• Develop, implement, improve and maintain policies, processes and workflows for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple cross-functional departments to identify AI opportunities that improve the business.
• Target actions affecting financial performance, operational excellence, and Customer Experience.
