Candidates should have at least 10 years in healthcare law, a JD, and bar admission, with demonstrated leadership and strong drafting/negotiation skills. This position is remote within the USA and reports to the Legal Department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of legal experience focusing on healthcare law (MSOs/physician practices).
• Law degree from an accredited institution and state bar admission.
• Equivalent to counsel or senior partner with supervisory capability.
