  • Provide strategic oversight of project execution — managing timelines, resources, scope, and quality
  • Collaborate with patient advocacy and industry groups to strengthen partnerships and market insights
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering excellence, integrity, and continuous quality improvement
  • Create innovative service offerings and identify new revenue streams to expand our health policy practice
  • Lead proposal writing and allocate human and financial resources to ensure objectives are accomplished within project scope
  • Identify areas of risk and ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all deliverables
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Advanced knowledge in life sciences healthcare policy with recognized standing in the professional field through original contribution

  • Demonstrated success within a consulting environment or pharmaceutical industry with proven ability to deliver results on time and within budget
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output
  • Strong business development acumen — ability to interact with and influence clients to drive new opportunities
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate complex material clearly in presentations and discussions
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with keen attention to detail
