Qualifications

• Detail-oriented approach to solving business and technical issues.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to learn new software and interpret policy.
• Ability to work in teams or autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet timelines based on project needs.
• Understand service delivery systems administered by states and monitored by federal regulators.
• Understand complex federal regulations and requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with large data sets and ensure accuracy.
• Excellent business writing and ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Review operations for service and efficiency improvements.
• Evaluate programs and provide improvement recommendations.
• Analyze and interpret federal and state law and regulation.
• Provide technical assistance to clients on best practices.
• Lead project staff and tasks with limited supervision to meet performance targets.
• Facilitate client discussions and present proposals.
• Lead proposal writing and submissions.
• Prepare written client reports and materials.
• Identify opportunities for add-on and new business sales.
• Learn and operate PCG software products.
