Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a qualified professional to review operations, evaluate programs, and provide technical assistance to clients. The role involves analyzing federal and state regulations, leading client discussions, and coordinating project teams to meet performance goals.

You will contribute to sales motions, lead proposal writing, and prepare client reports while learning PCG software. Remote work with some travel is possible; compensation ranges are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Power BI or AWS QuickSight preferred.
• Strong analytical and policy analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Reviews business operations for service and efficiency improvements.
• Evaluates programs and makes recommendations for improvements.
• Analyzes and interprets federal and state law and regulation.
• Assesses best practices and provide technical assistance to clients.
• Manages projects, staff and tasks with limited supervision while meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
• Facilitates client discussions.
• Delegates tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Manages daily project functions and client interaction.
• Participates in sales motions related to the practice.
• Leads proposal writing teams, including writing sections, coordinating efforts, and preparing proposal submissions.
• Prepares written reports and materials for clients.
• Identifies potential opportunities for add-on and new business sales
• Learns use and operation of proprietary PCG software products.
