Job summary

Renown Health is seeking a Health Plan Trainer to onboard and continuously train contact center agents across scheduling, referrals, customer service, and health plan teams. You will craft engaging onboarding, build simple resources, and measure training impact using LMS data.

The role emphasizes simplifying complex workflows, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering sessions via virtual and in-person formats. Experience with Epic, MS Office, and eLearning tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires English literacy to perform duties safely and effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; MS Office proficiency expected.
• Epic training for department processes within 90 days of hire.
• Project management or training certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train contact center agents for scheduling, referrals, and customer service teams.
• Develop and maintain training materials and LMS content; create assessments and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs and measure training effectiveness.
• Deliver both virtual and in-person training sessions and mentor subject matter experts.
