Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop and deliver staff training on system use and policies. This role collaborates with multiple business units to enhance performance and employee growth, reporting to Senior Manager of Call Center Operations.

Responsibilities include creating materials for Member/Provider Services, leading end-user training on core applications, onboarding new staff, and supporting quality improvement projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum of two years coaching, training, or mentoring teammates.
• Experience with learning design, instructional methods, and curriculum design.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with diverse stakeholders.
• Customer-service mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to learn systems quickly and manage time effectively.

Mansioni

• Create, maintain and present training materials for staff handling calls.
• Design and lead training on Neighborhood's core systems and tools.
• Develop end-to-end training materials by line of business.
• Educate staff on health plan benefits and billing guidelines.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development to align training activities.
• Support quality improvement projects within Member/Provider Services.
