CVS Health is seeking a Health Plan Clinical Advisor to manage the clinical relationship with health plans across Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange and Commercial markets, collaborating with pharmacy teams, medical directors and leadership to drive profitability and optimal formulary decisions.

Requirements include 3+ years in managed care pharmacy, an active pharmacist license, strong analytical and client-facing skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Formación

• 3+ years of managed care Pharmacist experience and/or 1 year of Managed Care Residency program.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• Demonstrated client-facing experience in managed care.
• Understanding of utilization management trends and programs.
• Highly organized with strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the clinical relationship with health plan stakeholders and leaders.
• Collaborate on formulary options and utilization management edits.
• Develop and modify programs/formularies to meet client needs.
• Advise on specialty drug strategy and clinical programs.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve client value and outcomes.
• Travel up to 50% to meet clients.
