Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managed care pharmacist experience or 1 year in a managed care residency.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience in a client-facing role within managed care.
• Understanding of utilization management trends and programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical relationships with health plan clients and key decision makers.
• Analyze client data and market conditions to develop business plans.
• Collaborate to design formulary and utilization management options.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements impacting formulary and UM.
• Drive client value targets and pilot program opportunities.
