Devoted Health is seeking a Business Operations Senior Manager to lead Payment Integrity programs, ensuring provider claims are paid correctly and operations stay healthy. You will own daily health metrics, backlog clearance, and end-to-end design of scalable cross-functional workflows, including change management and KPI tracking.

The role requires strong cross-functional influence, vendor collaboration with Engineering, Network/Provider Operations, and Claims, plus a bias for action, problem

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business operations or operational leadership.
• Proven track record of driving measurable operational results.
• Strong execution, escalation management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership from triage to resolution.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own daily health of the operation: monitor TAT, clear backlogs, maintain queue health.
• Oversee SLA and quality governance to balance productivity and audit accuracy.
• Design and launch scalable cross-functional workflows with training and KPIs.
• Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams across Engineering, Claims, and more.
• Identify opportunities to deploy AI to streamline processes and reduce manual work.
• Serve as primary escalation point to resolve blockers for vendors and teams.
