Devoted Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Health Plan Operations to drive the performance and transformation of our Payment Integrity programs. You will own end-to-end operational health, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and guide the design, testing, and launch of scalable workflows, while leveraging AI tools to optimize processes.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced health tech environment.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in business operations or operational leadership.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional change and measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Mansioni

• Own daily health of the operation, monitor TAT, clear backlogs and maintain queue health.
• Oversee SLA and quality governance, ensuring audit accuracy and productivity balance.
• Design, test, and launch scalable cross-functional workflows with change management and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams across Engineering, Network/Provider Operations, Claims, and Integrations to align priorities.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
