Job summary

Hippocratic AI is seeking an Implementation Manager for Providers to own end-to-end deployment of our voice AI platform across health systems. You will translate signed contracts into go-live programs that are properly configured, on schedule, and well documented, coordinating with clinical, operational, and IT teams.

This remote role involves 25-40% travel to client sites and periodic travel to Menlo Park for alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of implementation, onboarding, or professional services experience with health systems or provider organizations.
• Deep fluency in health system operations and workflows, including clinical data movement and EHR processes.
• Proven track record managing complex enterprise deployments with cross-functional teams to go-live.
• Hands-on experience with provider IT environments, vendor onboarding, security questionnaires, and EHR integrations.
• Strong project management and process documentation skills with playbooks and templates.

Responsibilities

• Own use case deployments end-to-end from contract signature to go-live and drive on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain Implementation Charters with timeline, data needs, go-live checklists, and sign-off criteria.
• Configure use cases for deployment including dialer setup, agent configuration, data filters, routing, and workflows.
• Coordinate with health system data and IT teams to define and onboard patient data files and EHR integrations.
• Project-manage cross-functional stakeholder teams across clinical operations, IT, and leadership to meet go-live timelines.
• Design agents that fit into clinical workflows and drive measurable outcomes across use cases.
• Define and refine standard onboarding processes and create reusable templates and checklists.
• Hand off to Customer Success at go-live with complete deployment docs and diagrams.
