Insight Global is seeking a Remote Systems Configuration Analyst to configure, test, and optimize health plan systems. You will translate business requirements into system configurations, execute builds end to end, and support reporting with SQL and Excel.

You will develop test cases, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver rapid, quality solutions for healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in system configuration, technical systems analysis, or business systems support.
• Health Solutions Plus (HSP) experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring enterprise systems without developer involvement.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical configuration.
• Experience with system testing including unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools.
• Strong Excel skills, with experience supporting healthcare systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

• Configure enterprise systems including workflows, rules, tables, and logic.
