McKinsol Consulting Inc. seeks an experienced Healthie EMR Analyst to bridge clinical and technical teams through expert configuration and optimization of the Healthie platform.

You will own Healthie environment configuration, map clinical workflows, and write precise user stories with testable criteria to drive continuous improvements. Remote role, candidate must operate within the United States.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years as a Business/Systems Analyst or Configuration Manager.
• 2 years in digital health, telehealth, or clinical practice environments.
• 2 years hands-on Healthie EMR administration and configuration.
• 3 years writing detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in Agile tools like Jira or Asana.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement to translate clinical needs into technical setups.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA data privacy and security rules.
• 1 year of Healthie API integrations or webhooks (preferred).
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Scrum Master (CSM) credential (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, Health Informatics, CS, or related field (listed).
• 1 year of experience implementing or scaling multi-provider group practices on Healthie (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Configure and administer the Healthie platform, including intake flows, e-sign policy forms, templates, and onboarding sequences.
• Set up multi-provider scheduling rules, appointment types, and calendar availability.
• Configure role-based permissions, security profiles, and team hierarchies.
• Manage backend settings, notifications, billing parameters, and third‑party integrations (e-labs, e-rx, Fullscript).
• Conduct discovery sessions to map workflows (As‑Is/To‑Be).
• Perform gap analyses for automation and efficiency gains within Healthie.
• Maintain RTMs, configuration logs, and system documentation.
• Write comprehensive, testable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Translate objectives into epics, stories, and tasks for configuration/ sprint work.
• Support QA/UAT and define the definition of done.
