Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Configuration Systems Analyst III to manage and define system configuration requirements and support changes across health-plan processes. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years in health-plan configurations, experience with Facets or similar systems, and strong data reporting skills to identify gaps

Qualifications

• Experience in health-plan configurations and editing software.
• Exposure to Facets or comparable system preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience expected.
• Strong understanding of data and reporting to address gaps.

Responsibilities

• Manage and define system configuration requirements.
• Plan and implement software releases with testing and training.
• Lead configuration initiatives in policy meetings and committees.
• Develop tests and validate reimbursement designs for core systems.
• Audit configuration for accuracy and internal controls to minimize fraud.
