Renalogic, Inc. is seeking an outreach and enrollment specialist to support member engagement and enrollment in Renalogic clinical programs.

You will conduct calls, outreach, and education to eligible health plan members, and work to meet enrollment targets while ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation and data handling. The role emphasizes remote work flexibility, strong customer service, and collaboration with multiple internal teams to improve program reach and impact for individuals at risk

Formación

• Must have at least 1 year of outbound call and/or enrollment experience.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience selling a program or product to a consumer.
• Remote work experience is required.
• Clinical or Health Care experience and knowledge highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Make calls and outreaches and describe the benefits of our program.
• Engage with and enroll eligible health plan members into Renalogic programs.
• Meet call volume and enrollment requirements and adapt approach as needed using phone, text, or online chat.
• Determine eligibility and perform enrollment and disenrollment processes.
• Document outreach efforts in a way that supports transparency and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support departmental objectives.
