Job summary

DMC Biotechnologies, Inc. is seeking a Health Ingredient Sales Manager to accelerate growth in food ingredients and nutraceuticals, including KeyPura portfolio. The role is remote within the United States, with travel up to 30–40%.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with manufacturers and formulators, and manage the full sales cycle from qualification to purchase orders, with commission up to 25% on top of base compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct B2B food ingredient sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
• Experience selling to food manufacturers, nutraceuticals, or specialty nutrition brands.
• Knowledge of ingredient sales cycles from qualification to onboarding.
• Ability to engage procurement, technical, R&D, and commercial stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new customers across food ingredients, nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, and specialty nutrition.
• Develop account-specific sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Build relationships with procurement, R&D, formulation, product development, and commercial decision-makers.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to sampling, qualification, negotiation, and purchase orders.
• Maintain a qualified sales pipeline with milestones and expected revenue.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
