Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct B2B food ingredient sales.
• Proven track record achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
• Experience selling to food manufacturers, nutraceutical brands, or specialty nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers across food ingredients and nutraceuticals.
• Build and execute account-specific sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Develop relationships with procurement, R&D, formulation, product development, and commercial decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to purchase orders.
• Maintain a qualified sales pipeline with milestones and revenue expectations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and new customer acquisition goals.
• Coordinate with distributors and commercial partners to maximize market coverage.
