Aufgaben

• Receive and process requests for patient health information per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Maintain knowledge of Company and facility software.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and policies.
• Inform manager of workload, site difficulties, and volumes.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in releases of information.
• Prepare new patient charts and assemble records.
• Respond to external requests for records and transmit securely.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and support walk-ins.
