Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI associate to process medical record requests remotely. This role focuses on handling patient information with strict privacy, documenting actions, and coordinating with callers in a high-volume environment. Training is provided, and company equipment is supplied.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm EST, handling requests from patients, insurers, and attorneys while maintaining accuracy and privacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry.
• Professional verbal and written English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process patient health information requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Document information in multiple systems and platforms.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with patient walk-ins.
