Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI associate to process medical record requests efficiently, protect patient privacy, and ensure compliant releases of information. You will handle calls, document in multiple platforms, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include securing patient data, staying current with policies, and supporting administrative duties while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficient with phones, fax, printers, and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Keep working knowledge of company software and facilities systems.
• Adhere to conduct policies and site procedures.
• Inform management of workload fluctuations and site challenges.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy standards are followed and records are accurate.
