Job summary

Raventra Health is seeking a Health Information Management Operations Specialist to support the accuracy and availability of health information across revenue cycle operations. You will coordinate medical records workflows, monitor documentation processes, and work with coding, billing, and compliance teams to ensure proper handling of information.

In this fully remote role, you will coordinate multiple requests, maintain documentation in health information systems, and identify process issues

Qualifications

2+ years in Health Information Management or related healthcare operations.
Strong understanding of medical records and HIPAA compliance.
Experience with electronic health records systems (EHR).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate health information management workflows across provider and hospital clients.
Monitor organization, completeness, and availability of medical records.
Review health information processes for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with provider teams to resolve documentation issues.
Support retrieval of records for coding, billing, audits, and appeals.
Track outstanding requests and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain records within healthcare information systems.
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
Work with coding, billing, compliance, and records teams to resolve problems.
Assist internal reviews and audits involving health information.
