Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) to evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, data interpretations, and clinical workflow recommendations. You’ll apply EHR and health informatics knowledge to assess AI understanding of clinical data scenarios.

This is a remote, hourly contract offering 10–40 hours per week. Join a team providing structured feedback and contributing to safer, more accurate healthcare AI systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to evaluate technical and clinical content with precision and consistency.
• Clear written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Review and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, data interpretations, and clinical workflow recommendations for accuracy and quality.
• Assess how well AI understands clinical and operational data scenarios using EHR knowledge.
• Identify errors, gaps, or unsafe reasoning in AI outputs related to healthcare systems and data pipelines.
• Provide structured, expert feedback using clear rating rubrics and annotations.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
