Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on healthcare data. You will apply your knowledge of EHR workflows and clinical informatics to shape how AI understands and reasons about healthcare information.

This remote hourly-contract role offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and the potential for ongoing work with leading research teams, allowing you to contribute to high-impact AI development.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data and EHR systems (Epic, Cerner).
• Strong analytical skills in data visualization and reporting.
• Ability to assess clinical and operational data for accuracy and relevance.
• Detail-oriented with systematic evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data and EHRs.
• Identify errors or gaps in AI reasoning around clinical information.
• Annotate healthcare datasets to improve AI accuracy.
• Provide feedback on data quality, clinical logic, and workflows.
• Review AI outputs against health informatics standards.
