Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) to review AI-generated healthcare content, assess clinical accuracy, and provide structured feedback based on EHRs, clinical workflows, and health data standards.

This fully remote, hourly contract role offers 10–40 hours per week, asynchronous work, and the chance to shape how AI interprets health information across projects with leading AI research teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with emphasis on accuracy and data integrity.
• Familiarity with health data standards and healthcare workflows.
• Ability to communicate complex findings in writing.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content for clinical accuracy, logical consistency, and quality.
• Apply knowledge of EHR systems, clinical workflows, and health data standards to assess and improve AI outputs.
• Identify errors, gaps, or misleading information in AI-generated responses related to health informatics.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback using evaluation frameworks and rating rubrics.
• Contribute to data quality reviews and annotation tasks tied to clinical and operational healthcare scenarios.
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments.
